Marina Velez
I am a facilitator, coach, and instructional leader with 15 years of experience in curriculum design and adult learning, and 10 years of experience in coaching and leadership development. My work focuses on building the capacity of supervisors, managers, and teams through practical, application-driven training.
I have extensive experience supporting public sector and nonprofit organizations in areas including leadership development, performance management, and employee growth. As a former department and cross-functional leader, I bring a strong understanding of how HR priorities—such as talent development, retention, and equitable practices—translate into day-to-day management.
I design and deliver interactive trainings on topics such as coaching for performance, closing performance gaps, and building inclusive, high-functioning teams. My approach is grounded in research-based adult learning strategies and aligned to organizational goals, ensuring immediate relevance and application.
I bring 15 years of experience in training and curriculum development and 10 years of directly related experience in coaching and leadership development for public sector audiences.
