Dr. Louis Yako
Academically trained cultural anthropologist with 17+ years of applied research, program design, evaluation, and professional development experience for public-sector and private-sector clients. I design and deliver training, organizational culture and climate assessments, equity and inclusion curricula, leadership development, and capacity building services. Direct government and government funded experience include work for USAID (via Chemonics), British Council (Iraq), and various public sector clients through CPS HR Consulting, where I have led multi-site evaluations, implemented monitoring & evaluation frameworks, facilitated stakeholder workshops, and produced actionable reports for program adaptation and policy use. I also hold recruitment and hiring credentials and have advised higher education and international education initiatives on culturally responsive program design and workforce development.
