Colleen Richter
Colleen is a committed professional coach and business consultant with more than 25 years of executive level experience serving in leadership positions for public and private organizations. Her expertise in developing and coaching people and teams ranges across strategic planning, operations and program management to communications, customer experience and product development in a variety of industries. She has deep experience with public agencies of all sizes from National and State agencies including: AMTRAK, CalSTA, Caltrans, WSDOT, ODOT, CARB, CDT and DGS, to City and County agencies such as: LACMTA, OCTA, RCTC, SANBAG, SACOG, VCTC, POLA, POLB, to regional JPAs, MPOs and transit agencies including; Metrolink, CCJPA, SJJPA, CalTrain, BART, MTC, ACE Rail, LOSSAN and CAHSRA.
Colleen has successfully led diverse and challenging initiatives, including coaching executives through leadership transitions and guiding cross-functional team development for innovative enterprise project implementations for large public agency clients. She understands the political complexity of public agency environments and is adept at developing leaders and building skills and teams that foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement. As an ICF ACC credentialed coach she is committed to holistically developing leaders to identify their strengths and align their personal and organizational values to create meaningful impact and lasting change.
