Alice Baker
Ms. Baker is a Project Consultant with CPS HR Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, with a specialization in labor and employment litigation. She has been a full-time faculty member at both the Mercer University School of Law and the University of Toledo College of Law, where she taught employment law and employment discrimination. She has written several published articles and lectured extensively on labor and employment law issues. Ms. Baker was an Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law, and her own work is cited in the Florida Courtroom Evidence Manual. She is an active member of the state bars of California and Virginia.
Ms. Baker earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law and also completed a year of post-doctoral studies in labor and employment law at the New York University School of Law. In addition to her legal expertise, Ms. Baker is a trained linguist, with over 20 years of experience as a professional interpreter with clients such as the United States Department of Defense, Los Angeles Superior Court, and UCLA School of Law.
