Andrew White

Andrew White is a seasoned legislative and policy professional with extensive experience in state government and public sector operations. Currently serving as Assistant Division Chief of State Policy at CalPERS, Andrew leads a team of analysts tracking state legislation and provides strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders. His background includes key roles in the California State Assembly, where he served as Legislative Director and Chief of Staff, advising on floor activity, managing legislative packages, and crafting policy initiatives. Andrew has also served as a consultant and legislative analyst, with deep expertise in legislative processes, committee procedures, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of California, Davis.
